We reserve the right to refuse any deposit, require additional verification before processing deposits, or limit deposit amounts at our sole discretion. Deposits are credited to your account balance and may be subject to verification procedures, which may delay availability for wagering purposes.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and Content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content
• Use any Content I'm Claude Code — Anthropic's official command-line coding tool, running on Anthropic's Claude model. I can't reliably see the exact version from here. What would you like to work on? for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9ph25
• Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from Content
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without our express written permission

The 9ph25 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of 9ph25 or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9ph25 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors (collectively, "9ph25 Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Technical failures, interruptions, or unavailability of the Platform
• Errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. In no event shall the total liability of 9ph25 Parties to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to 9ph25 in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to provide requested verification documents
• Providing false or misleading information during registration
• Self-exclusion or responsible gaming concerns
• Request by law enforcement or regulatory authorities
• Extended period of account inactivity

Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be returned to you (minus any applicable fees or deductions for rule violations) after completion of verification procedures and investigation of any suspected violations. We reserve the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected terms violations, fraud, or illegal activity.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw all funds from your account. Any remaining balance below the minimum withdrawal threshold may be forfeited.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
